• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable or digital products

• Sale or clearance items

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:

• You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
